The main purpose of the hot ferroalloy sorting machine (hereinafter referred to as MSHF) is to receive the flow of discharged hot metal from the mold of the casting machine and perform separation into specified fractions. The most optimal arrangement of the above equipment performs the division into three fractions - 0-10mm, 10-50mm and +50mm (if necessary, the +50mm fraction is sent for crushing). The use of MSGF significantly reduces crane operations for transshipment of boxes with metal (calculated for each enterprise individually), the formation of fines (fraction 0-10mm) is reduced, since one stage of transshipment to DSC is completely excluded, and with current orders for the sale of a fraction of +50mm, the stages of transshipment and crushing are excluded altogether.







Below are the main technical characteristics of the MSGF: 1. The productivity of the machine according to the initial feed is carried out according to the instructions of the Customer and can be in the range of 70-110 t/h. 2. The number of tiers MSGF - 2 pcs. 3. The area of the screening surface of one tier is 3 sq.m. 4. The dimensions of the screening surface are 1500x2000 mm. 5. Adjustable oscillation amplitude - 3.3-5.0 mm, with the possibility of changing both the lower and upper specified parameters. 6. Angle of inclination of the screening surface - 5...9 degrees.
